How are your products made?
Our 3D printed products are crafted from recycled plastic in our Philadelphia studio. Each product page includes detailed material specifications so you can learn exactly what your product is made from.
Do you provide warranty on products?
If you have issues with your product please contact us at contact@layeredloom.studio we always try to recycle so we will send you parts and instructions if we can. Warranty is only on 3d printed parts that are manufactured by Layered Loom.
How do i assemble my product?
Most of our products require no or very less assembly. We provide detailed instructions with your product on how to assemble them. Refer to product page for detailed specification sheet.
How do i care for my product?
Wipe your product with damp cloth or apply some rubbing alcohol to cloth. Please make sure to unplug any electrical connections before performing any maintenance on products.
Shipping and Returns
When will my order ship?
Our typical delivery times are 3-4 weeks because our products are made to order.
Please contact us if you haven't received any update in 4 weeks.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping cost depends on location and urgency after your order is ready. Please refer to Shipping policy on free shipping.
Can i cancel my order?
You can edit/cancel your order if it hasn't shipped. Please contact us if you like to cancel your order after is has shipped we will guide you for return process.
What’s your return policy?
Contact us at contact@layeredloom.studio withing 14 days of receiving your product with a brief explanation. We only accept unaltered and unused products in their original packaging .
When can I expect my refund?
After we have received your product, Refund with be transferred to your original mode of payment within 10-14 business days.
Drops
What are drops?
Drops are one of a kind unique designed that are only made in limited quantity. Our standard drop count is 100.
Will you ever re-release a drop?
No, Once the drop is gone its gone forever.
My Drop is broken ??!!
We will try to accommodate and provide repairs for your drops due to nature of limited availability we want you to have your drop forever. Please contact us for further drop specific questions.
